  • Asst.Manager–Branding &Corporate Communications

    Job Profile:
    Responsibilities:
    1. Align communications strategies across all aspects of the organization’s business with the goal of establishing and maintaining clear brand awareness and highly favorable impressions
    2. Formulate, Plan, Budget and implement initiatives with clear metrics to accomplish branding strategy and to enhance awareness, build strong brand associations and create recall value
    3. Develop and implement communication & branding strategies across various media forms including traditional and social media
    4. Develop marketing collaterals to support the business development team. Work collaboratively with diversified teams to create and manage crossorganizational, integrated marketing strategies
    5. Update and enhance the website of the organization and other websites & portals being managed by the organization for effective communication&branding
    6. Provide exceptional direction and management of the company's media relations agency and manage all cross-business communications
    7. Create and distribute communication materials (Write and edit press releases media releases, announcements, News Letters, Coffee Table Books, Souvenirs and other supporting materials) that are needed to portray the company to the outside world
    8. Update and enhance the website of the organization and other websites websites & Portals being managed by the organization for effective communication
    9. Enhance the company's reputation by researching global business and societal trends to identify proactive public relations opportunities
    10. Identify and take advantage of emerging digital and social media technologies to leverage the organization’s activities e.g. social logs
    11. Support the development and implementation of a consistent policy and approach to external corporate events including corporate sponsorships and corporate participations

    Candidate’s Profile :
    • A Mater’s degree in English, Communications or Marketing Communications form a highly reputed institution
    • Proven experience and excellent working knowledge in Corporate Communications that include both External & Internal communication
    • Experience in representing a corporation or other large organization as a communications strategist, advisor and spokesperson
    • A combination of agency and corporate experience is ideal
    • Attention to detail and creative flair with the ability to innovate and think outside the box
    • Extremely strong interpersonal skills including good judgment, maturity, and a high energy level; team-oriented and able to interact effectively and influence peers and all levels of management
    • Strong integrated P.R. experience in a global firm preferred
    • Deep understanding of matrixed organization with several lines of businesses
    • Significant experience in media relations, strategic marketing alliances, special events, etc.,
