  • Asst.Manager - ERP Implementation

    Location: Hyderabad

    Experience : 5 Years

    Responsibilities

    • Lead a team in providing solutions to complex business problems from project request through implementation of integrated solutions
    • Designing project time lines and coordination with internal and externalstakeholders
    • Lead the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of large/complex IT solutions for business processes
    • Conduct Scoping Study and need to prepare Software Requirements Specification document
    • Customization notes and customization according to the clients requirements
    • Mapping of Business Rules into ERP system
    • Developing and implementing strategic plans for implementing Software
    • Assist in the ERP implementation / Pilot running, Updating and testing of ERP software and Documentation
    • Resource Planning and finalizing the scope for components
    • He will be totally responsible for the implementation of projects assigned
    • Would be involved in implementing multiple projects on multiple platforms at a single point of time
    • Developing functional and technical specifications

    Candidates Profile:

    The incumbent must have min of 5 yrs of experience in ERP-Implementation, should have handled at least 3 to 4 full life cycle implementations.

    Qualification: CA / ICWA

    The incumbent must have: • Sound understanding of functional and business processes
    • Understanding of the existing government compliances and exising tax code
    • Sound knowledge of technical aspects of the product implementation Skill
    • Should be capable of handling internal as well as external teams
    • Should be able to plan, allocate and monitor the resources on project specific as well as overall team
    • Should be capable of dealing with end users and identifying the exact business requirement
    • Individual should be capable of making all the internal stakeholders (off shore team) knowledgeable of the business requirements
    • Should be capable of ensuring the right solution is provided to the client as per the specifications by coordinating with the Solutions Development team
    • Should be capable of updating the knowledge continuously
    • Needs to be updated with current market trends, technologies and future recommended solutions
    • Should be capable of handling a dissatisfied, ferocious client with patience
    • Should remember the names of the staff from the client end and coordinate with them creating a difference in the interpersonal approach
    • Should possess excellent communication skills both verbal & written and should be willing to travel extensively

    • Conceptualizing & implementing strategies for acquiring business from clients and effectively using existing accounts to reach targeted sales numbers
    • Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies
    • Mapping client’s requirements and providing them customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations and demonstrations
    • Plan effective lead generation campaigns as per the target market segments
    • Identify RFP’s, collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare and submit proposals
    • Market research using popular networking sites, social media, building qualified target customer base, proactive communication with CxO level audience, identify and qualify effective leads
    • Plan regular follow-ups, set-up meetings along with clients on requirement understanding, organizing demos to provide effective ERP solutions
    • Own sales cycle from end to end with an emphasis of short cycle closing
    • Develop strong pipeline of business using various methos of business development

    Candidates Profile:
    • Ideal candidate should have 8 – 10 yrs. of experience of selling ERP, CRM, BI, Supply Chain products or B2B software sales with at least 3-4 yrs. of experience in selling vertical focused ERP products in both domestic and international market
    • Experience in selling Retail ERP products or SaaS will be an added advantage
    • Should have strong Knowledge of ERP modules and their functionalities
    • Should possess excellent presentation skills, communication skills both verbal & written
    • Willingness to travel as and when required
    • Track record of exceeding sales targets
    • Comfortable operating at CxO levels
    • Experience of creating traditional and digital marketing campaigns
    • Experience of creating and managing social media platforms
    • Passionate about ERP field

    Qualification: MBA (Mktg) or equivalent from a reputed institute.
