Our client is a leading veterinary vaccine company with strong market presence. The Client was keen on expanding its product portfolio to include 5 new identified veterinary vaccines and needed technology access. Sathguru supported the client with comprehensive technology access support.
Scope
Sathguru supported the client on all activities involved in the technology access process. Specifically, Sathguru scouted for the required technology elements (vaccine strain, challenge strain, formulation platform/knowhow et al), identified specific global sources across universities and companies (in US, Europe, Asia), ensured freedom to operate for intellectual property, managed the entire process with technology licensors, reviewed all transaction documentation including Material Transfer Agreements (MTA), commercial license agreements, negotiated transaction terms and key covenants with licensors and facilitated transaction closure through execution of final transaction documents.

Sathguru facilitated technology access for the identified stains from reliable global sources and the company is currently commencing product development and scale-up effort.
