It was a pleasant Sunday afternoon, December 26, 2021. Sathguru saw the kids jumping crazily & playing around the beautiful Christmas tree and the employees and spouses clicking pictures around the hotel’s huge lobby. Guess what was happening??? It was the Sathguru Rewards & Recognition Ceremony – a time to connect, a time to rejoice, and a time to celebrate with family.
The associates had a chill time at the luxurious hotel, Radisson Blu – Banjara Hills, where Sathguru recognized and celebrated the awards & rewards ceremony. What could be better than ending the year with colleagues and their families having a bash, two years into the pandemic?

Sathguru an organization that has been recognized as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for five consecutive years in a row, celebrated its 36th annual day just after the day of Christmas. The event brought employees and their families bonding together, over a lavish Sunday brunch. It was a matter of pride, excitement, and joy for the Sathguru family. The day was all about celebrating achievements, milestones, and most importantly, getting off the work from home mode for a while, a much-needed respite.
For decades, associates who have been an integral part of Sathguru are recognized with attractive cash awards, certificates & personalized trophies. The event commenced with the long service awards, recognizing employees who have been through the thick & thin of Sathguru for five to thirty years. A short film was showcased depicting their life at Sathguru. Employees who have been with us for over 3 decades, gave heartfelt speeches about their amazing journey at Sathguru.
The show then progressed to recognize the best performers & the high-performing teams from various divisions of the organization with cash awards, certificates, and mementos.
Their family members were also invited to the stage to celebrate their success. The gleam in the eyes of Sathguru employees, as they proudly walked with the mementos, was truly a sight to behold.
This was followed by a lavish brunch that involved pampering the taste buds with a wide range of delicacies from Indian to Chinese to Japanese to Continental… to Thai …you name it! Everyone enjoyed the scrumptious feast to their heart’s content indulging in the widespread of starters, variety of dishes in the main course, and a vast assortment of desserts. They all had so much to share with each other that they spent a relaxed time chit-chatting till evening, the most refreshing time they had after a break of 2 years of the pandemic.
The kids too had the best time, as this was their first gathering after the lockdown. They had fun at the play arena, got temporary tattoos, and had a gala time at the balloon twister. Not just this, they had an exclusive buffet counter that served them a variety of donuts, sandwiches, pizzas, and whatnot. The celebrations gave them a much-needed break from their tiring online classes and screen time.
Wow ! What a celebration it was. A day to remember….a day to cherish !
